Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States & Canada. Domestic rates are calculated at checkout via USPS. Rates may vary based on product weight and location. If you are an international customer and would like to purchase, please contact support.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary, but please allow an additional 3-5 business days once shipped to recieve your package. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with the carrier. We will not replace any packages. Local Pickup

If you are a local customer and would like to pickup your order, please contact us at [email protected] to make sure your order qualifies. Please use code PICKUP at checkout if your order qualifies for local pickup. Any order that uses this code incorrectly, will be automatically refunded.

Return Policy

Exchanges are available up to 30 days after date of purchase. Please contact support if you would like to exchange a product. If you were sent the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving your order.
